I recently formatted my hard drive and/or upgraded my OS and I no longer have your program installed. I no longer have my license file and/or I need to download the software again. What do I need to do get my software loaded again?

If you need help to relicense the software you purchased online or you need to download the software again, please send an e-mail to the address below.
