Question: Why can't your software recognize my supported Backpack CD-R/RW drive? Answer: Try turning off the signature feature for your Backpack Drive. To do this go to the Control Panel, double-click on 'Backpack Utilities', then click on 'Driver'. You will see a checkbox for the Backpack Signature Feature - uncheck that box and then reboot.
