Question: Why does my scheduled backup fail to run at the scheduled time? Answer: Make sure you are logged in as an administrator before you leave on the day the backup is scheduled to run. The system must be left logged in with administrative rights. If you leave the computer logged in as a user the backup will not be performed. The problem may be due to a program that you have running in the background interfering. Make sure you do not have any programs running in the background such as antivirus or crashguard programs.
